Galawat murgh


Ingredients
  • Chicken 1 kg 8 pieces
  • Yogurt ¾ cup
  • Coconut powder 1 tsp roast and grind
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp roast and grind
  • Almonds 6 roast and grind
  • Roasted gram 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg ¼ tsp grinded
  • Mace ¼ tsp grinded
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp grinded
  • Onion brown and grinded 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp heaped
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Saffron ¼ tsp mixed with Kewra 1 tsp
Method
  • Roast and grind almonds, coconut, poppy seeds and roasted gram, marinate chicken with, Yogurt ¾ cup, White cumin 1 tsp, Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Black pepper ½ tsp, Allspice ½ tsp, Nutmeg ¼ tsp grinded, Mace ¼ tsp grinded, Raw papaya 1 tsp grinded, Onion brown and grinded 2 tbsp, Chili powder 1 ½ tsp heaped, Coriander powder 1 tsp heaped, Saffron ¼ tsp mixed with Kewra 1 tsp very well and leave it for 2 hours, bake on 180 degree C for 45 minutes or cook in a pan with ¼ cup oil on very low flame until done.
