Fish Pie


Ingredients:
  • ½ kg. fish boiled.
  • 2 eggs.1 ½ cup milk
  • 11/2 oz cheese
  • Flour 2 tbsp heaped
  • 2 ozs. Bread crumb
  • 11/2 oz. butter
  • Salt, pepper and mustard to taste
Method:
  • Boil the fish, flake. Keep aside. Make white sauce, mix the boiled fish in this . speread in a oven proof dish top with bread crumbs cheese beaten eggs. Bake on 180 C for 20 mins. Serve hot.
