Laziz Bihari korma


Ingredients
  • Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
  • Yogurt 1 ½ cup
  • Chili powder 2 tsp heaped
  • Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Onion 2 raw grinded
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg ground ¼ tsp
  • Mace ground ¼ tsp
  • Green cardamom ground ¼ tsp
  • Saffron ¼ tsp
  • Kewra water 1 tsp
  • Onion brown and ground 2 tbsp
Method
  • Heat oil add ginger garlic paste and grinded raw onion, fry well for 8-10 minutes, add in salt, chili powder, coriander, fry well adding little-little water add chicken, fry well add whipped yogurt and brown onion, cover and cook on low flame for 15 minutes then add 1 cup water for gravy cook covered till thick and oil comes on top, lastly add all spice, grinded mixture of nutmeg, mace and green cardamom, saffron, kewra, leave it on dum for 10 minutes, serve hot with taftan and sheermal.
