Anday kay kabab


Ingredients
  • Boiled egg 4
  • Boiled potato 1
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Green chilies 2 – 3
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Mint leaves ¼ bunch
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil for fry
Method
  • Finely chop boiled eggs, now mix with 1 mashed potato.Add in 1 chopped onion, 2 – 3 chopped green chilies, ¼ bunch coriander leaves, ¼ bunch mint leaves and 1 piece of chopped carrot.Also add in 2 tbsp flour, salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper. Mix very well.
  • Now make into small patties, dip each in beaten egg.Shallow fry till golden brown and crisp.
