Jhat pat kairi achaar


Ingredients:
  • Hard and ground raw mangoes ½ kg peeled and thinly sliced and cubed
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
  • Achaari mustard seeds 1 tsp heaped
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion seeds 1tsp
  • Fenugreek Seeds ½ tsp
  • Whole red pepper 6
  • White cumin whole 1 tsp
Method:
  • Peel, slice and cut raw mangoes into small cubes. Add to it salt, turmeric, crushed red pepper chili powder, garlic paste, Achaari mustard seeds Onion seeds, Fenugreek Seeds and mix well.Heat oil and add white cumin and whole red pepper. Sizzle for one minute. Add the chopped raw mangoes with masala in the wok. Stir well. Cover; leave it on low flame for 5 mins. Remove in a jar.
